Private Swimming Instructor – Sydney
Successful Swimming is growing rapidly, and we're looking for someone who wants more than "just another casual job" to join us this upcoming Spring!
Successful Swimming is a premium swim coaching service that conducts quality lessons in some of Sydneys most beautiful home pools.
We're searching for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, values building relationships, and takes pride in making a difference in the lives of children, adults, families and themselves.

About Us
Successful Swimming delivers personalised private swimming lessons from our clients' home pools across Sydney. We work with everyone from babies and beginners to adults overcoming water fears, endurance athletes, and individuals returning from injury.
We believe every swimmer deserves coaching built around them, not a one-size-fits-all program.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Warm, friendly and approachable.
- Reliable and organised with own car
- An excellent communicator.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Passionate about helping people grow.
- Professional when representing our brand in clients' homes.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Swimming teaching experience (preferred but not essential).
- AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia Teacher qualification (or willingness to obtain yourself).
- CPR and First Aid.
- A current Working With Children Check.

This position is for Spring 2026 - Autumn 2027, with option to extend through Winter if suitable.
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
