We're looking for a fun and energetic Bakery All Rounder to join our team in Sonoma Menai Team working an average of 3-4 days, around 24 hours over weekdays and weekends.
The Gig
- Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
- Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained when preparing food & coffee
- Serve customers efficiently
- Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu selection to customers to ensure a positive experience & repeat business.
- Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
- Ensure adequate stock levels, managing orders & stock rotation.
- Managing queues & meeting customer expectations, upsell to maximize profit.
- Keep areas tidy & clean
- Work as part of a team and provide backup to other team members
- Be an ambassador of the brand
