Branch Administration Officer – Part Time (15–25 hours per week)

Scouts NT is seeking a highly organised and professional Branch Administration Officer to coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of the Branch Office and support the volunteers who deliver Scouting across the Northern Territory.
This role provides governance, administrative and membership support to the Chief Commissioner, Branch President, Executive Committee, Scout Groups and Members.
About the Role
- 15–25 hours per week (flexible weekday hours)
- $31–$34 per hour + super (Clerks Award Level 3)
- Permanent part‑time
- Located at Scouts NT Headquarters, Nightcliff
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the Branch Office and providing reception/administrative support
- Maintaining accurate membership records in MyScout
- Supporting governance processes including agendas, minutes and policy documentation
- Assisting with finance tasks including invoice processing and audit preparation
- Maintaining asset registers, facility bookings and office systems
- Liaising with national, state and territory branches and government authorities
- Supporting volunteers and leaders with administrative and membership enquiries

Pay: $31.00 – $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
