About the role
We are looking for a proactive Senior Program Engagement Advisor (AO6) to join the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program - Program Management Office (BHTSP PMO). This role is flexible across TMR work locations and offers you the chance to contribute directly to improving the safety of Queensland's road network.
As the Senior Program Engagement Advisor, you will:
Contribute to strategic internal and external communication and engagement activities to support the effective delivery of the BHTSP.
Develop and implement program-wide communication strategies that ensure coordinated, consistent, and high-quality engagement aligned with program priorities.
Provide expert advice on media, engagement, and strategic communication to address complex issues, emerging risks, and stakeholder interests.
Manage digital engagement tools, prepare high-quality communication materials, and ensure alignment with program requirements across all outputs.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and achieve program outcomes, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Mandatory qualifications and conditions:
A current 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
