About the Role:
BPC is embedding a harms-based approach to regulation through a strategic, coordinated and whole-of-organisation model aligned to its Regulatory Policy Statement and best practice standards. This role leads the design and delivery of repeatable, configurable activities to address priority harms across a continuous cycle of design, delivery, review and improvement, translating strategy into effective, joined-up regulatory action.
What we are looking for:
- Provide expert advice to identify and enable process, system and activity changes required for harms-based regulation, using data, research and industry insights.
- Facilitate co-design and development of harms-based regulatory activities, including defining objectives, outcomes and supporting tools.
- Oversee delivery of harms initiatives and support program governance, including risk, issues management and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, supporting capability uplift, change and communication to enable effective harms-based regulation.
