We are recruiting across multiple offices and are open to candidates ranging from Lawyers through to Senior Associates with experience in personal injury matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and progressing personal injury files (WorkCover, TAC, public liability, medical negligence)
- Providing clear, strategic advice to clients
- Liaising with medical experts, insurers, and counsel
- Drafting legal documents and preparing matters for hearing
- Negotiating settlements and attending mediations
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service
