About the role

The Major and Capital Projects team leads the development of high-quality infrastructure across Western Australia, from modern sporting complexes to world-class creative industries venues. These projects enhance community access to state-of-the-art facilities, support local talent, and contribute towards shaping a vibrant and connected future for our state. Working closely with creative industries, state sporting organisations, local governments, and key stakeholders across government and industry, you will influence projects at every stage - from early planning and feasibility through to delivery and transition to operations.
Our Principal Project Managers (level 7) lead complex cultural and sporting infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery, providing strategic and technical advice on scope, budgets, risks and program outcomes. In this role, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure the end user’s needs are understood and met and has a key focus on stakeholder management. You will lead projects through planning and investment decisions, project design and delivery, and transition to operations.
Our Senior Project Managers (level 6) plan and coordinate complex cultural and sporting infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery, providing technical advice with a key focus on stakeholder management. You will contribute to planning and investment decisions, project design and delivery, and transition to operations.
