Apprentice Carpenter (1st or 2nd Year) — New Homes & Renovations

CS Build Co is a residential builder working across Geelong and the Surf Coast, delivering quality new homes and renovations from slab to handover. We’re after a keen 1st or 2nd year apprentice carpenter to join us and learn the trade properly across the full build.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be on the tools daily, working alongside experienced carpenters and getting hands-on with every stage of a build — framing, subfloor, roofing, lock-up, fixing and fit-off. Because we run jobs start to finish, you’ll see how a project comes together end to end rather than just one slice of it. Day to day that looks like setting out, handling materials, using and maintaining tools and equipment, keeping the site clean and safe, and supporting the team wherever needed.
What we’re after
- Signed up for, or ready to commence, a Certificate III in Carpentry
- A genuine interest in building and a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
- Able to take direction and work well in a team
- Good attitude toward site safety
- White Card (or willing to obtain one before starting)
- Driver’s licence and own transport (reliable way to get to sites around Geelong and the Surf Coast)
Handy but not essential
- Some prior site or labouring experience
- Own basic hand tools and PPE
