About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Storeperson, CNC Machine Operator and Laser Operator to join our team at our East Arm facility in the Northern Territory. This is a full-time position that will see you working across a variety of warehousing, manufacturing and distribution duties to support our growing operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Receive, unload, store and distribute a range of steel and other materials
- Operate CNC machinery to fabricate steel parts to customer specifications
- Set up and operate laser cutting equipment to precision cut steel components
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock takes
- Support the safe and efficient running of the warehouse and production facility
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure timely delivery of orders
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar warehousing, manufacturing or logistics role
- No experience necessary, but desire to learn CNC machines and laser cutting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a team
- Not essential but advantage to have Forklift Licence / HR Licence
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
