We have an exceptional full-time opportunity for a dynamic and empowering leader who is passionate about supporting educators, children, and families. Located in regional Queensland, this role offers the chance to lead within a close-knit community while being supported by one of Australia’s largest and most established early education groups.
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the centre, supporting your Centre Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee daily operations in line with company policies, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
- Support the team to achieve Meeting or Exceeding outcomes under the National Quality Standards
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Contribute to occupancy growth through community engagement and local marketing initiatives
- Mentor and inspire educators to deliver high-quality, meaningful learning experiences
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience in a leadership role within early childhood (Assistant Centre Manager or Centre Manager level preferred)
- Strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and operational performance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team
