Following a major renovation, the venue has entered an exciting new chapter, unveiling a brand-new bistro, sports bar and beer garden while continuing to cement itself as one of Airlie Beach's favourite family-friendly locals.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead, mentor and develop a passionate kitchen team
Drive a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
Work alongside the Venue Manager to deliver an exceptional food offering
Manage food costs, labour, ordering and stock control
Maintain outstanding food quality, consistency and presentation.
Get creative with seasonal specials and menu innovation while delivering quality pub favourites
Train and support the next generation of chefs, helping your team develop their skills and careers
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for coaching and developing others
Sound financial acumen, including labour and cost control
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
A hands-on leader who leads by example
Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences
