About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, positive and customer-focused individual to join our team.
This is a busy customer service role involving customer assistance, processing transactions, handling mail and parcels, supporting sales and completing general duties.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to providing professional service.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional and customer-focused service
- Accurately process cash, EFTPOS and other financial transactions
- Efficiently process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
- Promote products, services and relevant sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the workplace organised and well presented
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team
- Perform other duties as required to support the effective day-to-day operation of the business

Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Available to work at short notice when required
- Able to regularly lift and handle items up to 16kg
- Physically capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, and often physically demanding environment
- Able to perform repetitive tasks when required
The Position
- Casual position ( 15 hrs P/W - with potential to increase)
- No weekend work
- Availability and flexibility to accept shifts at short notice when required.
