Bale Boshev Lawyers is a dynamic boutique law firm, practicing in Plaintiff Personal Injuries, Family Law, Conveyancing, Business Law, Contested Estates, Estate Litigation and Estate Planning. The Firm was established in 1980 and has offices at Hamilton, East Maitland and Belmont.
What You'll be Doing
- Manage a varied caseload across family law matters
- Advise clients with empathetic, but strategic advice on parenting, separation, and financial disputes
- Prepare court documents, attend hearings and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Liaise with Counsel and other stakeholders
- Build strong, ongoing client relationships
Experience and Skills we Love to see
- Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in family law
- Current practicing certificate (essential)
- Proven experience across a range of family law matters
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence in court work and briefing Counsel
- A compassionate, client-focused approach
