As the Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 - NNSW Liver Services, you will provide expert clinical leadership, care coordination and specialist support for people living with viral hepatitis, liver disease and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Working across a diverse healthcare network, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, health professionals and community services to enhance access to care, drive best-practice clinical outcomes and support service development initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to influence clinical practice through education, mentorship and evidence-based care, while contributing to service improvement and ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care across the continuum.
You are an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse with advanced knowledge of viral hepatitis and liver disease management. You bring strong clinical skills, a commitment to evidence-based practice and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, confidently manage competing priorities and have a proven ability to drive practice improvement, provide education and support positive patient outcomes. With excellent communication skills, a current NSW Driver Licence and a willingness to travel, you are ready to make a meaningful contribution to liver health services.
