What you’ll do

Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly ULD/pallet movements across DCs, vendors, and carriers, investigating discrepancies to minimise pallet loss and hire charges

Maintain data accuracy and system integrity within the 2IC equipment control system, ensuring 100% account compliance through daily checks against procedures

Investigate and resolve unprocessed, incorrect, or rejected transactions, identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes for recurring issues

Coordinate and participate in monthly/quarterly ULD stocktakes, auditing equipment movement records across multiple sources

Partner with DC operations, vendors, and transport providers to troubleshoot exceptions quickly and accurately, driving continuous workflow improvement
What you’ll bring

Proven experience in pallet control processes and systems within the warehouse and transport industry

Proactive, team-oriented approach and a strong drive for making things better, faster, and more cost-efficient.

A systematic, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, with the discipline to meet regular reporting deadlines

Exceptional accuracy and data entry speed, with strong analytical and reporting skills

Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across internal and external stakeholders

We offer a hybrid option available after two months (three days in the office, two days from home) and flexible hours of eight hours per day between 6 AM and 6 PM, with reasonable additional hours as required.
