About the Role
Blooms The Chemist is seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Salamander Bay, NSW. This is a full-time, hands-on position where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to our local community.
Working closely with patients, doctors, and healthcare professionals, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based advice and support to optimise patient outcomes and promote health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately dispense medications and provide counselling to patients
Offer expert advice on the safe use of medications, including potential side effects and interactions
Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication dispensing
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, professional standards, and pharmacy procedures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering evidence-based care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
