IZAKAYA MITTO is an exciting new Japanese Izakaya & bar located in the iconic place of Sydney. MITTO is fast growing brand and we are seeking for a passionate, energetic, and creative Bartender to work with amazing team.
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing business with ongoing opportunities and attractive rewards for the right candidate.
What you will need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a bar or dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of whisky and Japanese sake, with the ability to explain them confidently to customers.
- At least 2 years’ experience with cocktails and solid practical bar skills.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English with customers.
- A positive attitude and friendly personality are essential.
- Must hold a valid visa with no work restrictions.l.
Working Hours
- 30 hours per week, including weekends.
- Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).
About the Benefits
- Hourly wage:
- Weekday : $32.31 + Super.
- Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
- Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.
