In this role, you'll:
You’ll be part of a high functioning and process driven Finance team based in our Wollongong office. You will provide support to Internal customers across all Transport for NSW Clusters via phone and email functions.
From a ticketing system, you will manage requests and customer queries related to purchases and travel expenses.
Using your customer service and communication skills, you will relay information clearly and service new card requests, changes, and other travel related costs.
This is a Permanent position based in Wollongong – you must be able to work from this office location at least 2-3 times per week.

About you
You’re a customer service professional with exposure working in a service centre setting for a large organisation.
You’re able to manage a high volume of calls and have experience working with ticketing systems.
You can lead customer conversations and problem solve autonomously to find efficient solutions, adhering to set policies and procedures.
You’re computer literate and can use systems simultaneously with the ability to learn new systems with ease.
