- Visit active sites to verify inductions, review SWMS, and confirm pre-start toolbox talks are completed.
- Ensure subcontractors, vendors, and builders comply with BGIS and client policies and processes.
- Validate, archive, and manage milestone documentation in line with internal and client procedures.
- Capture clear progress images and prepare nightly progress reports.
- Escalate project risks and concerns in accordance with established processes.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to validate project plans and support smooth handovers.
- Prepare and communicate concise status updates highlighting progress, risks, delays, and required actions.

- Strong safety focus with sound WHS knowledge and experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and National Construction Codes (NCC).
- Demonstrated experience with Scope of Works and Safety Inductions.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or ERP systems.
- Ability to work autonomously during night shift.
Desirable:
- Formal tertiary qualification, trade qualification, advanced certificate, or Diploma relevant to the role.
- Developed commercial acumen and understanding of contract law.
- Experience within aviation, construction, or complex operational environments.
