About the Role:
This is a full-time role based in one of our QLD - Brisbane stores.
As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the management of store compliance, stock, and performance.
In this role you will:
- Lead and manage store sales staff
- Assist customers with sales and advise on product use
- Maintain store presentation and replenish stock
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
- Provide training and development for sales teams
- Monitor achievement of KPIs and manage performance
About You:
We are seeking candidates who have:
- A relevant diploma or above qualification with at least one year experience; or at least three years of relevant experience may be considered if without formal qualification
- Confidence in using computer technology
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
