We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven Real Estate Salesperson who wants to grow their personal brand while being supported by a high‑performing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new listings through calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Manage the full sales process from appraisal to settlement
- Conduct property appraisals, listing presentations, and vendor meetings
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, open homes, and buyer follow‑up
- Negotiate offers to achieve premium outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and compliance documentation
- Represent Carmine Realty with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
- Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or full Real Estate Licence
- Proven experience in residential sales (or strong sales background with desire to transition)
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Self‑driven, organised, and committed to achieving results
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- High personal presentation and ethical standards
