Your responsibilities will include:
This role supports the Estimating & Pricing Manager in the coordination and delivery of estimating and pricing activities across complex Defence programs. The role helps ensure the accuracy, integrity and transparency of financial and pricing data, enabling effective planning, decision-making and successful bid outcomes. Working closely with bid teams and key stakeholders, the role contributes to pricing reviews, estimate development and contract compliance activities.
Day to day tasks:-
Support the preparation of estimating and pricing inputs for bid and proposal activities

Assist bid teams with Phase Review data, Green Team Review (GTR) data packs, Pricing Review packs and customer pricing tables

Ensure compliance with CSI-IPT Contract Estimating and Pricing Requirements

Support Estimate at Complete (EAC) reviews and analysis as required

Assist with the review and validation of financial and pricing information to ensure accuracy and consistency

Coordinate inputs from stakeholders to support timely and high-quality submissions

Maintain documentation and records to support governance, assurance and review activities
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant experience

Experience supporting estimating, pricing, proposals, finance or project controls activities
-
Defence industry experience is highly desirable

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to interpret financial and project information and identify key insights
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
-
Relevant certifications or professional memberships are desirable
Special Requirements:
