Shape brands. Lead integrated campaigns. Bring ideas to life.
92 Proof is seeking an experienced Brand Development Manager to join our Pyrmont team. Working closely with the Brand Development & Strategy Director, you will help shape brand strategy, creative direction and integrated campaigns across experiential, BTL and TTL activity for consumer brands, with a strong focus on the alcoholic beverage sector.
This is a hands-on strategic and client-facing role for a commercially minded marketer who can turn consumer, cultural and commercial insight into compelling ideas - and then manage the detail required to deliver them.
What you will do
· Partner with the Brand Development & Strategy Director on brand strategy, creative direction and integrated campaign development.
· Lead client and creative briefs, translating brand and business objectives into clear strategic direction.
· Turn consumer, cultural and commercial insights into relevant creative ideas and actionable brand solutions.
· Own projects from brief to delivery, managing workflows, timelines, budgets, deliverables and milestones.
· Collaborate across creative, strategy, digital, social, experiential, production and trade teams to deliver integrated brand experiences.
· Build strong client relationships, provide strategic recommendations and lead day-to-day communication, WIPs and project updates.
· Manage A&P and project budgets, including estimates, spend tracking, reconciliation and reporting.
· Work with internal teams and external partners across experiential, POS, packaging, trade and digital to ensure consistency from strategy through execution.
· Contribute to 92 Proof's brand and social presence, including community management and wider agency marketing activity.
Essential skills & experience
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar relevant discipline.
· Industry-recognised accreditation relating to beer, wine or spirits production and/or product knowledge, equivalent to WSET Level 1 or higher.
· Minimum five years' relevant professional experience within the global alcoholic beverage industry, spanning both brand and agency environments.
· Brand strategy and brand management experience, including positioning and integrated marketing planning.
· TTL campaign development experience from strategy and creative concept through to execution across multiple consumer touchpoints.
· Experiential marketing experience, including consumer experiences, activations and events.
· Strong FMCG and brand marketing knowledge, including consumer brands, category dynamics and commercially focused marketing.
· Creative and strategic development capability - translating business challenges, consumer insights and cultural trends into campaign ideas and brand solutions.
· Global campaign development experience, including concepts and assets for use across international markets.
· Trade and shopper marketing experience across retail and on-premise environments.
· POS and packaging development experience from briefing and development through to final delivery.
· Strong project and stakeholder management across clients, internal teams, agencies, suppliers and global stakeholders.
· A&P / marketing budget management experience, including estimates, spend tracking and reconciliation.
· Strong client and agency management skills, with excellent communication, presentation and organisational capability.
