This unique opportunity combines the stability of a permanent full-time role with the variety of working across multiple locations, teams and sectors.
About The Role
Salary: $80,000 base + $10,000 travel allowance
Additional Benefits: Accommodation and meals provided when working in regional locations
Roster: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Sunday as required
Location: Victoria (Metro and Regional Travel Required)

Key Responsibilities
Lead kitchen operations across a variety of Cater Care sites throughout Victoria
Prepare and deliver high-quality meals, including texture-modified foods
Manage food production, labour resources and kitchen performance
Maintain food safety, compliance and quality standards
Support and lead kitchen teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Essential Requirements
Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check and National Police Check
Flexibility to travel and work across different locations and sectors
Must consistently demonstrate respectful and professional conduct with team, clients and customers.
What Will Set You Apart
Previous Chef Manager or Site Management experience
Strong knowledge of food and labour cost control
Experience in aged care catering and texture-modified meals
Strong leadership, communication and IT skills
