Front of House / Wait Staff
We’re looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Front of House / Wait Staff to join our team.
Previous hospitality experience preferred, however, we’re happy to consider candidates with a great attitude, strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Taking and delivering food & beverage orders
- Providing friendly and efficient table service
- Handling payments and EFTPOS
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Other general hospitality duties as required
We’re Looking For:
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
