The Opportunity:
CSR are looking for an experienced National Credit Manager who is passionate about developing people, building capability, and creating a high-performing team culture.
Leading a national Credit & Collections team, you'll spend as much time coaching and mentoring your people as you do managing risk and performance. You'll provide regular feedback, foster accountability, support career growth, and create an environment where individuals are empowered to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Credit & Collections team.
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Finance and Operations.
- Manage credit risk while enabling commercial growth and customer success.
- Drive continuous improvement across credit, collections and order-to-cash processes.
- Provide clear reporting and insights to support informed business decisions.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in a senior Credit leadership role.
- Proven success coaching, mentoring and developing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Advanced SAP experience and a solid understanding of the order-to-cash process.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance risk, customer outcomes and business growth.
