The Role:
As a Casual Team Member, you will:
- Deliver a ‘wow’ customer experience through genuine, personalised interactions
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend the right sleep solutions
- Drive sales performance across key metrics
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support day-to-day store operations including POS, stock and replenishment
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive and high-energy team environment
- Stay curious and continuously build your product and brand knowledge
This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work across peak trading periods, weekends, and support new store openings where required.

- Must be 18+ years of age to be considered for this retail position
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
- Must be available to work weekends for this casual position
