About the role
As a Pet Care Specialist - Production Out;
- You will use your creativity and craftsmanship to produce personalised urns & plaques
- You will use creativity to use paw prints, hair clippings, certificates and bags
- You will work with various tools and machines to engrave, print, paint, and tie the memorabilia.
- You will perform QA/QC checks on all urns and memorabilia to ensure they meet the quality standards and the family’s specifications.
- You will meet customers to deliver ashes and memorabilia at the office.
- You will write in calligraphy style on certificates and bags.
- You will communicate with customers on the phone or email to confirm their orders and address any queries or concerns.
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional appearance and self-presentation.
- Exceptional telephone manner and etiquette.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work, use initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- Professionally driven to provide exceptional customer service.
- Calming and understanding nature.
- Creative flair.
- Previous experience in a production or craft role, involving engraving, printing, painting, or tying.
- Reception/data entry role requiring accurate and timely record entry, using multiple databases.
- Demonstrated commitment to continual professional and personal development.
- A strong work ethic

Who are you?

You are skilled and experienced in working with various tools and materials, and you take pride in your work. You are also empathetic and respectful, and you can handle sensitive and emotional situations with professionalism and grace.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age, with a current C Class licence.
- You have experience working towards both individual and team KPIs.
- Proficient in the use of computers and systems.
- Willingness to learn and take on coaching and feedback openly.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to handle a high volume of production and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and artistic flair, with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- Strong customer service focus and team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
