About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to support our motivated team and drive sales in our Preston store outlet.
Responsibilities include:
- Cash handling
- General store operations
- Drive sales by building a rapport with customers
- Actively listening to customers wants and needs to identify opportunities and solutions
- Stock management and merchandising
Skills & Experience
- Australian working rights
- Prior retail sales experience within the bedding, furniture or similar industry is preferred
- Experience exceeding sales goals and KPI targets
- Customer-centric with a genuine friendly 'can do' attitude
- Available to work retail trading hours which include occasional weekend shifts
