Interested in working with exclusively organic, nutritious, wholegrain wheat that is grown locally?
We’re looking for passionate bakers and pastry chefs who are versed in fresh-milled whole-grain sourdough bread and pastry goods.
Our ideal candidate has professional experience in working with whole wheat and various ancient grains.
It is essential that you have prior experience milling various wheat varieties and baking with whole wheat flours.
Must be methodical and willing to try new ideas, working to deliver products that are unique and varied.
Qualifications:
-Must be a team player and teacher at heart.
-Must be highly organised, methodical, efficient and reliable.
-Proven record of working with whole wheat baked goods.
-Passionate, energetic and hungry to succeed.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
