Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner within the FP&A team, you will play a key role in supporting the business with accurate and timely financial analysis, reporting, and commercial insights. You will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to understand performance and identify opportunities which support decision-making. Who are we?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
What will you do? / How will you help?
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business performance and decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand drivers of revenue, cost, and profitability
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business outcomes
- Support strategic planning and commercial initiatives
- Ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable
What do you need? /What are we looking for?
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
