Personal Support Worker – Bundaberg

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive casual pay up to $35.15/hr under the SCHADS Award, plus penalty rates, sleepover allowances, weekend loadings and public holiday rates

Your New Role:
- Deliver person-centred, high-quality care to a range of clients, including personal care and hygiene, Bowel Therapy, and medication assistance
- Support client mobility and safe transfers using hoists, slide boards and slide sheets, while monitoring health conditions and checking pressure areas
- Work across a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, active overnights, weekends and public holidays to provide consistent, reliable support
- Build genuine relationships with clients, communicating with authenticity and care to support their independence and quality of life
About You:
- Experience in nursing, aged care or disability support, or currently studying towards a relevant qualification with confidence in personal support or willing to undertake training to build this capability
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle and access to a smartphone for work purposes – kilometric metric as per the SCHADs award & claim your phone bill on tax!
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Card, or willingness to obtain
