The Role
As Aquatic Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall operation of your facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer experience, team engagement and operational performance.
You will:

Lead and develop a diverse team of lifeguards, swim teachers and customer service professionals.

Create a culture that reflects CVM's values and commitment to service excellence.

Build strong relationships with customers, schools, sporting clubs and community stakeholders.

Drive participation across learn-to-swim, aquatic recreation and community programs.
-
Manage budgets, labour costs, compliance and operational performance.
-
Ensure the facility is safe, welcoming and well-presented for the community.
About You
You are an energetic and visible leader who enjoys being present in operations, supporting your team and engaging with customers and community members.
You will bring:

Leadership experience within aquatics, recreation, leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused operations.

A proven ability to build, coach and develop teams.

Strong operational and commercial capability.

Experience managing safety, compliance and risk.

A passion for customer service and community engagement.

The ability to lead through change and create positive outcomes.
Aquatic industry experience is highly desirable, however we are equally interested in exceptional leaders who share our passion for people, community and service.
