Football Star Academy is looking for candidates to join our expanding team. We are looking for someone with a passion to coach and ideally a long-term interest.
Key Selection Criteria:
Experience coaching soccer to junior players
Car and valid drivers license
Valid Working with Children Check (WWC)
A positive attitude
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
SHOULD be located near Melton VIC
Understands child development principles and age-appropriate coaching techniques, ensuring that training sessions are suitable for the physical development of young players.

National Police / Criminal History Check

Drivers License
Responsibilities:
Arranging equipment ahead of practice
Conducting practice sessions to develop players’ skills, tactics, and physical fitness.
Communicating effectively with players, parents, and other staff
Run training sessions with a high level of patience, essential for effectively interacting with children and their parents, as well as creating a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Ensuring player safety during training and games, including addressing injuries and managing risk.
Early morning start on weekends, lunchtime and after school sessions.

Pay: $25.80 – $39.90 per hour
