What can you offer:
- Experience in the deployment of Geosynthetic Liners and Materials
- Setting up geomembrane welding machines to perform quality welds in line with project standards
- Perform geomembrane welding unsupervised
- Test the integrity of all welds to ensure that all welding meets the quality standards
- Ensure that the welding and testing equipment is well maintained and serviced
- When applicable, fabricate geomembrane materials in our well equipped factory to predetermined dimensions
- Be able to read shop drawings for the fabrication work and conduct the necessary QA tests
- Participate in in-house training courses to expand your skill set
- Ability to perform as a valued team member and take instructions from your Site Supervisor and Project Manager
- Your willingness to work away from home as and when required
- Adherence to all OHS & E requirements
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience working as a Geomembrane Technician with contactable references
- Current White card
- A team player with a strong work ethic, a 'can do' attitude and attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- A commitment to safety and culture
What we're offering:
- $80,000 plus Superannuation (12% on Ordinary Hours) 38 hour standard week
