About the role
Permanent full and/or part time opportunity to provide high quality administrative support for the effective and efficient management of matters related to recruitment, appointment, registration, and payroll for all Medical Staff employed at The Prince Charles Hospital.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Co-ordinate end-to-end recruitment activity for all medical officer positions at The Prince Charles Hospital
Minute taking and secretariat functions as required such as: for team meetings, Resident and Registrar forums and Advisory committees
Provide diary management and ESO support to the Director Medical Administration if required
Provide daily office support for the efficient functioning of the Medical Workforce Unit.
