Casual Cleaner – Residential & Commercial Jack Farrell Cleaning | Brisbane, QLD Approximately 10–20 hours per week to begin Jack Farrell Cleaning is a growing Brisbane cleaning business providing high-quality residential and commercial maintenance cleaning. We are looking for a reliable casual cleaner who takes pride in their work and understands that great cleaning is about more than simply getting through a checklist. Our goal is to leave every property with a genuine “Real Clean” feeling. The role will initially offer approximately 10–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the business grows. Hours may vary depending on client bookings and are not guaranteed. What you’ll be doing - Residential and commercial maintenance cleaning - Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and workspaces - Dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping and polishing surfaces - Completing periodic and detailed cleaning tasks - Following job plans, product instructions and site requirements - Using colour-coded equipment and safe cleaning practices - Checking your work and maintaining a consistently high standard - Respecting client privacy, belongings, boundaries and property security - Reporting access problems, damage, mistakes or incomplete work promptly - Travelling between client properties when required What we’re looking for - Reliable, punctual and honest - Strong attention to detail - Pride in producing high-quality work - Able to work methodically and follow established cleaning systems - Respectful and discreet when working in homes and workplaces - Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team - Willing to learn and continue developing cleaning skills - Able to manage the physical requirements of cleaning work - Valid driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle - Australian working rights Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. Full training in the Jack Farrell Cleaning Method, products and procedures will be provided to the right person.
