The Opportunity
As Club Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the club while driving membership growth, team culture, and an exceptional member experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, people, sales, and creating a positive community environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Culture
Lead, motivate, and develop staff
Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage team performance
Conduct regular staff meetings and drive team engagement
Member Experience
Deliver exceptional customer service and member support
Ensure members feel welcomed, safe, and motivated
Support member retention through engagement strategies and club activities
Promote Snap Fitness programs, services, and challenges
Club Operations
Oversee day-to-day club operations, cleanliness, and presentation
Ensure compliance with WHS, safety procedures, and company policies
Manage club systems, rosters, reporting, maintenance, and administration
Coordinate equipment servicing and facility upkeep
Sales & Marketing
Drive membership sales, retention, and club profitability
Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
Manage social media and promotional campaigns
Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and sporting groups
About You
You are:
Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed
A confident leader with strong communication skills
Organised, proactive, and results-driven
Experienced in sales, customer service, or fitness club operations
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
Must Have Qualifications
Minimum Certificate III in Fitness or the ability to attain an equivalent qualification. No fitness qualification? We have you covered, you will be able to attain a basic fitness accreditation with us.
Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
Must have appropriate police/working with children check.
Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in a similar environment (e.g.: fitness, retail e.tc.) will be highly regarded.
