As an Adult Services Team Leader, you will:
Empower a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality and safe services to vulnerable persons within our community.
Coach and mentor a team of Support Workers, offering on-the-job training, support, and guidance.
Inspire a skilled, versatile, and diverse team utilising your experience in managing performance and delivering support.
Support service delivery by ensuring effective and efficient administrative processes and procedures, including quality, timely, and accurate reporting, planning, and record-keeping.
You will have:
Proven advanced problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and positive interaction skills across diverse communities.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and performance manage teams in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
Effective conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation, and decision-making skills.
A track record of building teams with clear goals, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Commitment to a person-centred approach for vulnerable individuals.
Experience supporting complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health is essential; working with people with a disability and/or children or youth in care experience is highly regarded.
Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support/working towards these qualifications, or be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background.
Availability to work between 6am–10pm for at least 3 days per week.

Compliance Requirements:
Current NSW Driver’s licence
Obtain and maintain a current paid Working with Children Check
Obtain and maintain a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
