I provide friendly, reliable, and person-centred Support Coordination to help you understand your NDIS plan, connect with the right supports, and achieve your goals.
My availability is Monday - Saturday.
Monday - Thursday: 5pm - 10pm
Friday: 8am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 2pm
Although I am based in Melbourne, I am also happy to take on clients who are interstate.

Pay: $61,828.56 – $105,715.00 per year
