We are looking for a motivated and reliable
Site Manager to join our team full-time and take the lead on a remedial construction project based in Brighton-Le-Sands.
This role would suit someone with some site management experience who is ready to take ownership of a project while being supported by an established business.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in site management or a supervisory role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site activities
- Knowledge of construction processes and site safety requirements
- Carpentry background highly regarded
About the role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a remedial construction project
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Assist with carpentry and other hands-on tasks when required
