We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse Nurse) to join our friendly and supportive team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our GPs and administrative team to provide high-quality clinical care and support to patients of all ages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Immunisations and vaccine management
- Chronic Disease Management support
- Health Assessments
- Wound care and dressings
- ECGs, spirometry and other clinical procedures
- Care Plan and Health Assessment coordination
- Infection prevention and accreditation activities
- Patient education and health promotion
- Assisting with recalls and follow-up programs
About You
- Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN)
- Previous General Practice experience desirable but not essential
- Immunisation certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
