We are looking for an experienced full time chef de partie to join our team. You will be looking after our service section. Must have experience with breakfast and lunch service, good attitude to work.
The successful candidate should ideally have:
·a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
·ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
·experience in food preparation including making salads, sandwiches and breakfast items.
·Ensure the highest quality and presentation of all food products served,including the production and preparation of food.
·the ability to follow food recipes and also collaborate with other personnel to plan anddevelop recipes
·fluent English
