The role:
Do you love people, thrive on variety, and want real hands-on HR experience? This is a genuine opportunity to contribute to a People Ops function from day one. At ClickView, we use the power of video to transform education for students and teachers around the world. Our People Ops team keeps everyone behind that mission supported, connected and set up to do their best work - and we want someone passionate to help us do that even better.
We're looking for someone energetic, organised and people-centered to join our team, and embodies our values of empowering learners, leading the way and playing as one team in everything they do. You'll get involved in everything from supporting recruitment and onboarding, to handling HR administration and socials, and keeping our office a place people genuinely enjoy coming into. It's varied, fast-moving work that puts you right at the heart of the team, working closely with employees across the business every day.
This role will be part-time to start, with a strong chance of becoming full-time as the role and your experience grows. It's a great fit if you're studying HR and want to learn by actually doing the work, not just watching it happen.
Your responsibilities include:
People
- Coordinate interview scheduling across our global teams, keeping candidates informed and well looked after

Manage the careers inbox and post job ads, keeping our candidate records accurate and up to date

Set new starters up in BambooHR, prepare their onboarding schedules, and coordinate Day 1 access and equipment

Support with creating and sending contracts, performance agreements and additional people letters
- Send onboarding surveys and support milestone check-ins, helping make someone's first few months truly memorable

Be a friendly first point of contact for everyday employee questions, escalating anything more complex to the People Operations Specialist

Help bring our social, wellbeing and recognition initiatives to life with the People Committee
Office

Be the friendly first point of contact for office requests and day-to-day upkeep

Liaise with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, supplies) to keep the office running smoothly

Coordinate logistics for team events, offsites, conferences and quarterly all hands

Organise swag bags, birthdays, anniversaries and other moments worth celebrating

Keep our shared spaces and People Ops filing running smoothly
Requirements:
-
Currently studying towards a degree in Human Resources (2nd or 3rd year) - or equivalent hands-on interest in HR/people is highly regarded
- Genuine energy and passion for HR, people, and helping others have a great experience at work

Highly organised with sharp attention to detail - little falls through the cracks with you around

A confident, warm communicator who's comfortable communicating with different stakeholders

Reliable and consistent - you follow a plan and deliver on tasks well, with guidance and support along the way

A fast learner who's comfortable picking up new systems

Discretion and good judgement when handling sensitive or confidential information
