About the role
You will lead our enterprise-wise reward, benefits and job architecture strategy, and provide strategic advice to the ELT and senior leaders. You will drive a fair, competitive and commercially sustainable reward framework that supports talent attraction, retention, performance and organisational growth.
Key areas of responsibility:
Strategic Leadership - leading our reward, performance and job architecture strategy, providing expert advice to executive leaders and other internal stakeholders while driving governance, market competitiveness, workforce analytics and data-driven decision making to support organisational performance, affordability and long-term growth.
Remuneration Strategy and Framework Development – leading our enterprise performance and remuneration strategy, driving goal setting, performance outcomes, reward differentiation, salary reviews and pay governance to ensure market competitiveness, legislative compliance, pay equity and alignment with business objectives.
Benefits, Incentives and Rewards Management – designing and leading employee benefits programs and benchmarking initiatives, ensuring offerings remain competitive, aligned to employee needs, and enhancing our employee value proposition and overall workforce experience. You will also design, govern and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans.
Governance and Reporting - leading remuneration governance, compliance and workforce analytics, ensuring adherence to legislative obligations, effective risk management, gender pay equity, and data-driven insights that inform reward strategy, workforce planning and executive decision-making.
Job Architecture and Organisation Design – leading the development and governance of our job architecture framework, ensuring consistent job evaluation, role classification and organisational design practices that support workforce capability, career pathways, role levelling and strategic workforce planning.
About you
You candidate will have:
Considerable experience in remuneration, benefits, reward governance or broader HR disciplines, including the development and execution of remuneration strategies within large, complex and geographically dispersed organisations.
Demonstrated experience partnering with Executive Leadership Teams and senior stakeholders, providing strategic advice on remuneration, workforce planning, organisational design, governance and compliance matters.
Proven track record leading remuneration review cycles, job architecture frameworks, performance frameworks, workforce analytics and reward transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks, including Mercer or Korn Ferry methodology and experience with HR analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field (postgraduate qualifications would be highly desirable).
