Ashby Street Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our growing general practice team in Trafalgar, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing clinical nursing support to General Practitioners
- Assisting with chronic disease management and care plans
- Immunisations and vaccine cold chain management
- Wound care and dressings
- ECGs, spirometry and health assessments
- Infection prevention and control procedures
- Sterilisation and stock management
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting quality improvement and accreditation activities
Essential Criteria
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to patient-centred care
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in general practice or primary healthcare
- Experience with MedicalDirector and/or Best Practice software
- Immunisation certificate
- Chronic disease management experience
