You will assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that encourage social connection, physical wellbeing and emotional fulfilment and help create enjoyable and meaningful experiences that support the wellbeing, independence and quality of life of our residents.
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will support the delivery of a diverse lifestyle program that reflects the interests, abilities and preferences of our residents. You will build genuine relationships while creating a positive and inclusive environment where every resident feels valued and encouraged to participate.

Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering engaging lifestyle and recreational programs.

Encourage resident participation in group and individual activities.

Support outings, celebrations, special events and community engagement opportunities.

Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and visitors.

Assist residents to achieve their individual lifestyle goals while promoting dignity, choice and independence.

Document resident attendance, participation and feedback.

Work collaboratively with nursing, care and allied health teams.

Ensure activities are delivered in accordance with organisational policies and aged care standards.
