Arrabri Kindergarten is located next door to the Arrabri Community House and Day Care Centre in Bayswater North. Arrabri Kindergarten adheres to a holistic approach of early childhood education. When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them. Arrabri kindergarten is seeking an enthusiastic \*\*Early Childhood Educator (Cert III/Diploma)\*\* to support the delivery of high-quality early learning experiences across our 4-year-old program. \*\*Responsibilities\*\* \* Support the teaching team to deliver play-based, inclusive learning programs \* Foster warm, supportive relationships with children and families \* Participate in planning, documentation and reflective practice \* Ensure compliance with Child Safe Standards and the National Quality Framework \* Maintain safe and engaging indoor and outdoor environments
\*\*Required Qualifications & Experience\*\* \* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care \* WWCC & police check \* National Child Safety Training & Victorian Mandatory reporting \* Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children. \ * A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development
