Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end CRM and Power Platform solutions. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical architectures and ensuring successful implementation across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and define solution strategy
- Drive end-to-end delivery across projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and delivery teams
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architectures
- Oversee integrations with Azure, third-party systems, and enterprise applications
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations
- Ensure solution quality, governance, and adherence to best practices
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Model driven apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Dataverse, integrations, security)
- Experience designing and delivering large scale CRM solutions
- Proven ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience in solution design, customization, and integrations (APIs, plugins, workflows)
- Knowledge of DevOps, ALM, and CI/CD practices
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles

Pay: $180,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
