About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Brand Manager is responsible for driving end to end brand growth through innovation, commercialisation and distribution expansion across key retail channels. This role leads the development and execution of NPD pipelines, accelerates ranging across major customers, and delivers strong commercial outcomes aligned to sales and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead development and launch of key NPD
- Manage cross functional delivery across R&D, operations, packaging and sales
- Develop and execute retail, digital and influencer campaigns
- Grocery range reviews
- Brand P & L accountability
This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Skills and Experiences:
About you
You are a commercially minded marketer who thrives on building brands that drive real business growth. With a solid foundation in marketing, you bring a mix of creativity, analytical thinking and strategic capability to everything you do. You'll have 3 - 5 years' experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG, healthcare or a related fast paced category. You are confident owning campaigns end to end, from developing insight led strategies and launching new products.
- Passionate about brands and consumer behaviour
- Strong in both creative thinking, commercial acumen and decision making
- Data driven with the ability to turn insights into action
- Highly organised, with excellent project management skills
- Cross functional leadership skills
- Science or Sports Nutrition background advantageous
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
